About Me

I'm Bill, owner and principle photographer. I am a native Californian, transplanted in the mid-South. I have always been interested and involved in the arts. Photography is my chosen field, but I have backgrounds in both fine art and graphic design, as well. This gives me a rather unique perspective for my area.

I am passionate about making beautiful, artful, and meaningful images. Images that do more than make you go "wow".

I strive to create images that carry a depth of meaning and sensitivity that reveals the spark of the human spirit and connects with something within us all.

Together with my wife, Judith, I work toward consistently exceeding our client's expectations. Our "mission" is to create images that touch the heart, stir the soul, and inspire a passion for living artfully.

I am constantly pushing myself, trying to expand the limits of my own creativity. Ultimately, for me, it's all about beautiful, powerful images.

Philosophy

To me, a wedding is an intensely personal experience. It involves much more than just preparation, more than simple ceremony. It is the coming together of two people… and two families. A wedding is made up of the moments… planned and unplanned…that grip our hearts, or make us laugh. Moments that cannot be re-created. Moments which, if not captured, are simply gone forever. In the end, our photographs become our memories of precious moments spent making history with the ones we love.

I bring my personal aesthetic to every wedding I photograph. With a background in fine arts and graphic design, my style of photography is contemporary but warm and organic. I am continually learning, improving, inventing, discovering. I have studied with some of the world’s best wedding photographers. And yet I continually push myself to produce my best work yet.

What drives me is the need to create something beautiful, something impactful…something meaningful.

Our work has been described as Soulful, Fresh, Intense, Contemporary, Passionate and Beautiful. But the greatest compliment is when others see our work and call it Art!

In the end, that’s what moves me… the beauty of relationships, the souls of people, the Art of You.

 

Pricing

All of our pricing is a la cart. We find this gives our clients the greatest flexibility in creating the package that is truly right for them. Just as every wedding is intensely personal, so are the needs of every couple. With our flexible pricing, you have the freedom to choose — or not — whatever you like, and pay for only that.

Our coverage includes the typical aspects of your wedding day: Bride’s Preparation, Ceremony, Reception, Wedding couple photos, and Wedding party photos. 6 hours is our basic coverage of your wedding. Additional coverage can be purchased at $150/hr.

Our coverage also includes our Art Proofing Process. Your proofs will then be uploaded for online preview and purchase.

Coverage begins at $2000. An array of options include our beautiful Wedding Books, Full and Extended Bridal Sessions, Engagement Sessions, a CD of wedding day images, and slideshows of images set to music.
